• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on socl.gg;

socl.gg is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. Socialis LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and security. Socialis LLC does not warrant that the functions or content contained in socl.gg will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Socialis LLC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use or related use of socl.gg, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if Socialis LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
